Snipping is easy! There are three ways to do it:
Use the Snip.it Button from your bookmarks bar
After installing the Snip.it button, click it while browsing any webpage to add that page to one of your collections.
Use the "Magic URL"
If you don't have the Snip.it Button handy on your browser, simply type snip.it/ in front of any link you want to snip.
Simply type snip.it/ in front of any link you want to snip.
For example, if you are browsing an article from The New York Times:
snip.it/www.nytimes.com/2012/04/15/education/edlife/at-age-19-from-utah-to-uganda.html
Snip from your mobile device by email
You can easily snip on-the-go from your mobile device by email.
To Snip by Email, mail the link you want to snip to your personal Snip.it email address, adding the title of your snip to the subject line. In the body of the email, you can categorize your snip into a @Collection and add your thoughts. If you leave out a collection, you'll be able to categorize your snip later when you return to the site.
